How do I know what kind of help I need from you?
We will meet with you to help you analyze your needs to do to attain the financial goals you are hoping to achieve.... all at no cost and obligation.

I already have professionals who  helps me with accounting and taxes. Is there a need for your services?
In more complex cases, we often work with the client's team to determine and agree on the strategy that best fits  you.  As such, we work in liaison with your team and cooperate with them to determine if its the best strategy for you moving forward.

What types of products and services do you offer?
We are small enough to be friendly and personal but big enough to support you in almost any products and services you need for your financial planning.  In short, we view ourselves as a one-stop-shop for financial products and services that range from life insurance for the individual to employee benefit programs for small and midsized companies.

What companies do you represent?

If you click the tab "Our Resources", you will see the short list of companies we represent for different segments of the marketplace.  On the other hand, there are a lot more companies that we represent that are not reflected ... just because there are too many to list.  If there is a particular company you prefer to deal with, just inform us about it so that we can include that carrier as part of the search we do for you.

I heard that brokers charge an extra fee for their services. Do you?
A lot of brokers do that. We don't. We just want satisfied and happy customers who will refer us clients in future.

How you charge for your service?
We  realized a long time ago only a satisfied customer will do business with us. As such, we are always impartial in our recommendations. We will only get paid by commissions  if you are satisfied with our service. As such, our recommendations are similar to intellectual copyright. Giving us the credit for recommendations made will be highly appreciated. 

I  heard from friends that people who earn commissions are often biased in their recommendations so as to maximize their gain. Why should I think you are any different?
As seasoned professionals in the field, we understand the importance of trust and customer satisfaction. Commissions is only another way of compensating  us for our work. In contrast, one may ask if fee based planners know the market as well as those in the battlefield everyday.

What is the difference between an agent and a broker?
As defined by Department of Insurance, agents work for the insurance company they represent. A broker works only for the client. They owe no allegiance to any insurer. As such, they can be more objective.
